Logo Moved Into Header
To ground the overall interface a bit more and create a better border effect, the logo was moved into the header and the Component side menu (w/ avatar) was moved up.
MyEditor & QuickAdd Moved
To allow for the logo in the header, the MyEditor and QuickAdd links were moved to the right. These links feel more comfortable here as there is less travel to get to them.
Hide Side Menu Option
If you choose to hide, the Component Side Menu now, the entire sidebar will go away, allowing content to span the full width. Since the avatar is hidden, a link to the user profile will appear in the header.
New Alternate Toolbar Icons
The new alternate toolbar feature (introduced in Beta3) receives an icon set that more closely matches the overall theme of AP3. We used the awesome Pictos icon set from DesignShack.
New QuickIcon Module Icons
The default QuickIcon module also received an update with the Pictos icon set that matches.
Narrow Content, K2 & FLEXIcontent Adjustments
Using CSS3 Media Queries, AP3 will now change table cells into list-items and float them under each other and fit narrow browsers much better.
Status Module In Footer
If you choose to hide the footer components, the status module position will show up now. Default Joomla styles float right, and NoNumber's great admin modules/links float left.
Alternate Row Background Colors
For easier readability and usability, alternating row colors have been added for table views and module lists.
