With a total of 17 color themes, AdminPad now has a color scheme for every Joomla site. Let me know if we missed your company's color.
Desktop Side Menu vs iPad Side Menu
The AdminPad side menu uses a select list for submenus, which mimics the iPad flyout menus. This works great on the iPad, but not so great in the desktop browser, so we've now added support that changes the submenu to an unordered list if you're not on the iPad.
New Apple Touch Icon
We've also updated the Apple Touch icon to a more generic Joomla icon to make it a little easier to pick out when scanning your countless iPad apps.
What's next? iScroll!
iScroll is an awesome project from Matteo Spinelli which enables a fixed header/footer and scrolling content area, which all isn't natively possible in mobile webkit. The result is a user experience much closer to a native iPad app.
iScroll is actually included in this release for testing. You can turn iScroll on in the Admin template parameters, but beware! it's not ready for primetime yet.
